"The hotel room was spacious and bright, and well-equipped. The staff seemed a bit aloof. There were only two complimentary bottles of water in the room, which wasn't quite enough as my elderly companion drinks a lot. We were told there was a limit of four when we requested more. Breakfast was quite average. The staff were very prompt in clearing tables at breakfast, often taking plates before asking if we were finished. This might have been due to a language barrier. Despite these minor issues, my overall experience was quite positive!"

"What I loved most about my stay here was the excellent amenities. All the basic appliances were included, and some rooms even had convenient extras like a hairdryer, humidifier, and mini-fridge. Every piece of equipment is regularly serviced, so there were no issues with strange noises, malfunctions, or leaks. The facilities felt well-maintained and up-to-date, making for a truly fantastic stay."

"هذا الفندق الذي خرجت للألعاب المختارة، كانت التجربة الإجمالية تفوق توقعاتي. الفندق في مجمله نظيف، وكان التنظيف الجاف وترتيب اللوبي مريح ومشاهدة الغرف. حجم الغرفة مناسب، التنظيف دقيقة ودقيقة، لا يوجد رائحة في الأرض أو في الغرف، السرير لين وملتزم بالنوم بشكل جيد. الغرفه جميع المرافق ممتازه و الماء الساخن متوفر بشكل سريع و عزل الصوت بالاضافه الى عدم الازعاج بالليل. يوجد موظف الاستقبال Edie حريص جدا وتسجيل الدخول سريع و يوجد اماكن غير واضحه للسؤال لها بصبر تجاوبهم لكن الخدمه كانت حقيقيه مجملا جيد للسعر. مناسب جدا للسفر والإقامة هنا وسوف أعود للفرصة مرة أخرى."

"It seems to be an older government-run guesthouse. There's a large parking lot at the entrance. The exterior is quite old, but the interior has been renovated. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, clean, and bright, but there are obvious stains on the sofa. The worst part is the old central air conditioning; it's very noisy and doesn't cool at all, with the temperature dropping to 26 degrees Celsius at night! Even having customer service adjust it didn't help. The shower is done standing in the bathtub, which I didn't like."

"كانت تجربة الإقامة جيدة، السرير مريح. كان هناك غرفة النوم بسرير كبير نظراً لحجم الفندق. تم ترقية الغرفة إلى جناح بأول وفاتورة إلى جناح، عند طلب الاغراض اليومية، وتم تسليمها شخصياً بدلاً من الآلات الثلجية. كانت الاستجابة سريعة. موقع الفندق ممتاز، بالقرب من محطة القطار الرئيسية. مطعم الفندق لا بأس به من حيث الجودة والجودة العالية. ينصح به للزوار المسلمين الذين يقضون بضعة أيام في المطعم حيث تناول الطعام في المنطقة المحيطة. كل شيء متوفر بشكل جيد. كل شيء متوفر في الفندق وهو مدار الساعة. كل شيء متوفر في الفندق مجانا. نصيحة الأصدقاء المسافر: هناك تفاصيل وحرارة في الغرف غير المطابقة، مثل وضع سلة سفلية أكثر من مرة في الطابق الأرضي، وخزانة سريرين مفردة/ سرير مزدوج في الأسفل، ودش تكيف في مكان قريب حتى باب الخزنة يفتح، عدد قليل من الشاي لضبط حجمه وارتفاعه؛ لا يوجد سوى مكواة ملابس أسفل، لا يوجد مكواة ملابس أفياش ولا مكواة ملابس أفياش، لا يوجد مكواة ملابس أفياش ولا النافذة السفلية في الأعلى تحتاج إلى تنظيف الزجاج في الوقت المناسب."

"This was my third consecutive stay at a Wanda Realm hotel in Xinjiang, having previously stayed in Korla and Aksu. The experience at the Kuqa location wasn't as good as the other two. It might be due to this hotel being older, but there were noticeable, ingrained stains on the bathroom counter that clearly hadn't been cleaned for a long time, which was quite off-putting. Another major issue that affected my experience was the breakfast. We were told at check-in that breakfast hours were from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. However, when we arrived at the restaurant around 9:10 AM, there was hardly any food left – just five or six small bread rolls and two pieces of fried dough that looked like leftovers. There was no soy milk or regular milk, and the coffee machine was out of water with no one attending to it. No one refilled any of the food items, and tables weren't being cleared, which made both the food and the environment unappetizing. We ended up barely eating anything. Another guest in the restaurant also complained about the situation, and the staff member simply said that earlier guests had eaten everything. Overall, the hotel isn't terrible, and it's slightly less impressive than other Wanda Realm hotels in different regions, but the price was also lower. However, today's breakfast experience was truly unprecedented and unlike anything I've ever encountered."

"كانت تجربة الإقامة جيدة جداً ، موقع الفندق جيد للبحث عن ، السفر سهل. الغرف نظيفة ومرتبة ، منتجات السرير ناعمة ومريحة للنوم. خدم سوتشي الواجهة البحرية مضياف ومهذب ، وتنفيذ إجراءات الإقامة كانت فعالة وكفاءة. لم يكن هناك رائحة في الحمام ، كما كان هناك تجهيزات الحمام. مجملا السعر ممتاز جدا، المكان هادئ ولا يوجد ازعاج وسأختار هذا الفندق في المرات القادمة ايضاً وانصح الجميع بالسكن فيه."

"الفندق كبير إلى حد ما. لا بأس به مرافقه ليست سيئة، فقط في الأيام القليلة من الرحلة. ركن السيارة حرارية للطيران، وتوقف السيارة على الفور، وسرعان ما ارتفعت درجة الحرارة في الداخل إلى أكثر من أربعين درجة. غرف الفندق قديمة بعض الشيء، المغاسل توجد بها ادوات الغسيل قليلة نوعا ما، تحس بان المغسلة في غرف المغسلة الفندق جديد نوعا ما، يوجد عدد قليل من المغاسل في المغسلة وهذا الشيء نادر في الفنادق الاخرى"
