"This hotel has a large room with a tatami living room on the fifth floor. The room smelled of cigarettes, and the public bathroom and toilet were in separate areas. There were public toilets on the fourth and fifth floors. The men's restroom was completely visible from the hallway. The private toilet behind it was for women. The private toilet on the fifth floor was Japanese-style, making it difficult for modern people to use. I imagine families with children would have difficulty using this room. The Wi-Fi signal was weak, requiring a trip to the first-floor lobby to get work done. Unlike Japanese homes, there was no air conditioning outside the rooms, and the hallways were extremely hot. Although I'm Japanese, I found the fifth-floor tatami room difficult to stay in. I wish they'd provide a toilet in the room, even if it was just a toilet.A card key is required to enter the hotel between midnight and 5am. If you are jet-lagged and plan to go out at night, don't forget to request a card key from the front desk. This card key is not usually provided for the tatami rooms on the 5th floor."
"I learned that the hotel in Chateau de la Se that I wanted to go to was built in Hiroshima, and went through the Shimanami Kaido. Starting with a cake set, the ice cream service, dinner and breakfast were fashionable and very delicious. The buffet at the Chateaux Hotel was great to be able to eat slowly while watching the scenery because the table was spacious. Next time I would like to come with my son's family. The hotel was very nice and the room and the public bath were clean and comfortable."
"Probably because of the small size of Kure Port, the hotel is not expensive, the rooms are larger than those of ordinary Japanese hotels, the service is good, and the restaurant is rich in the characteristics of Kure Port's warship culture. It is very close to the Maritime Self-Defense Force Historical Museum and the Yamato Ship Museum. The hotel front desk also provides a traditional Chinese version of the Kure City Guide, which is very convenient. In addition, there is an airport bus that goes directly to Hiroshima Airport at the hotel entrance, which is very convenient."

Great
GGuest UserOne of the best seaside Japanese inns with can’t-beat view of the bay. The individual rooms are very clean and tidy with traditional tatami floors and furniture. The futon bedding was clean and comfortable. There is a common bathroom on each floor with a separate common bathing room on the second floor where you can scrub down and soak in a bath. These traditional amenities are great experiences in themselves. The staff are kind and helpful and go beyond to make your stay enjoyable. They let me borrow a bicycle to ride around town and the island. Paddle boards are available for rent. The breakfast at the Alpha Cafe had an English style to it and was tasty. I’d highly recommend a stay here. The retro look and feel to the place is a charm.
GGuest UserThe overall hotel design is very beautiful, the corridors and rooms are very classical, there is no room card, or traditional key + listing electricity. The only fly in the ointment is centralized heating, there is no way to turn on the cold air conditioner, and it is too hot to sleep at night. Other city hotels are still supporting cold air conditioning during the same period.
GGuest UserA long street where you can forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
A city with many slopes that remind me of Guanajuato, Mexico, which I visited the other day.
I encountered a beautiful sunset on the beach.
I recommend a long stay.
しし!It was close to Kure Station and had good transport links.
The room was clean. Breakfast was included and the selection was quite good, so that was nice.
RRicardo RouxinolWe arrived by bike.
The location was good for us, however there is nothing around. You may go to a good restaurant which it is 2 km far away.
The host is very friendly and he will explain you everything in English.
The place is a traditional Japanese accommodation, but it is old and cleaning has to be improved.
The view is great and the place very peaceful.
ずずっきーにIt was very easy to find because it was right in front of the station and the signboard was shining. Although the building itself is old, it was well-maintained and cleaned, and I was able to spend a comfortable time there.
GGuest UserIt was a very beautiful hotel. Previously, a movie? It seems that it was used for something or something, and the appearance was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was also very delicious.
