No drinking water, no glass, no light in bathroom, no towel, no sleeper, and attendant ignore my request ... Bedding so smelling...non cooperative

The hotel was not good at all, no amenities like towel, soap were given to us, the ac was also not cooling. There were cockroaches in the room. Hot water was also not there. The breakfastw as included in the package while booking the room. The breakfast was also not ready and seeing the condition of the hotel, we did not wait to have the breakfast. Infact the condition inside the hotel was very horrible

The room is stinking very badly, i am here with my family including my kids. Such a pathetic room is not good for a person and small kids.

The hotel's hospitality was good. The service was excellent. They cared for their guests. The people of the hotel were polite and helpful. The food was very delicious and relishing. We could connect the conveyance from the hotel to the katha pandal. We really thank and appreciate the class of the hotel as well. Thanks for making me eligible for the discount offer. Property is average and safe. Rooms, furniture and lights needs some renovation work. Lights are very low, there was smell in room. Staff is supportive. If you just need a night halt, this should work. Not for those who are expecting little luxury and nice ambience in room.
