Royal Hills Resort

View from front of the hotel is excellent. Try to get rooms on front side as balcony only available on that side. Initially we got room for family of 4 on back side which wasn't good in terms of quality. Room was heavily smelling of cigarette smoking. I complained and they helped me to get other room on front side. Property is bit outside of Main market but That's understandable as it's a resort. Food is okay.

Our balcony is covered with blue construction curtains (they are claiming “hill view resort” which is a joke ) on first sight room is not clean at all, we could even see cockroaches on bed , roof ceiling had a crack previously . We asked for room change and extra bedsheet since we are 3 members they neglected us we adjusted for the first night on second night still they didn’t give extra bed sheets around 1:30 am sudden noise in our room roof ceiling fell on us while we are asleep since it is not as hard as cement we were not hurt it fell on our legs then we immediately asked service desk guy he then took videos of ceiling which fell and gave another room which is not clean had cockroaches we adjusted again after all that hassle at check out time we asked for refund for all mess happened they clearly stating they will not provide refund asking us to talk with Make My Trip customer support so we denied payment of lunch bill since they are in no mood for our refund then they again checked the room this time they blaming US for the ceiling drop stating we broke it since we denied payment for lunch bill instead of being apologetic they are being rude now clearly worst hotel ever that I’ve stayed in my life . Never book this hotel
