Do not visit this hotel! Female friend had to sleep on the sofa in reception! Booked 2 rooms only 1 available! I previously paid £9.60 out of season with a mate and accepted it was loud and basic with the aircon and shower working To pay £70 in spring for 2 rooms to not have one of those rooms available and it take more than 3 hours of communication with ******* through their agents to have no communication or resolution back from the hotel is appalling! For my female friend to have no option other than to sleep in reception on the sofa and then for the shower to stop working mid use in the morning which was only a little dribble as the shower pump for the floor was not working. Staff delivered a large bottle of drinking water and a cup for her to complete her shower and wash the soap and shampoo off her! Wi Fi in the room didn't work and the air conditioning was broken which meant the door had to be open to let some air in the room which meant I was awake till 6am with the loud music playing all night in the neighbourhood right next door! Worst hotel experience ever! From arrival to now been told nearly 4 weeks after staying there has been no response from the Hotel! Unfortunately, after multiple tries, we weren’t able to obtain an approval from the property manager to waive the cancellation fee. This means the current rules and restrictions for your booking apply and a refund can’t be granted. We’re really sorry about this; we always try to contact suppliers and advocate for our travelers in these situations. Properties often have strict policies around refunds, and there’s nothing more we can do in this case. Again, we’re sorry that a refund wasn’t possible.
