The unit is conveniently located about a 5-minute walk from the train station and near a shopping area, with several good eateries nearby. The unit itself is compact — there are only two double beds, two chairs and a small table, which feels a bit cramped for four medium-sized adults. The balcony gets morning sunlight, which is great for drying clothes.
However, the washing machine filter was dirty and required cleaning before we felt comfortable using it. The kitchen utensils provided were minimal — only 3 forks, 2 spoons, and 2 teaspoons, although there were 4 plates and bowls. It wasn’t quite enough for a group of four. There were also no extra garbage bags provided, so by the end of our few days stay, the bin was nearly overflowing.
The beds were on the soft side — which my children enjoyed — but they made squeaky noises when lying down. Also, do note that there’s no front desk service, so luggage storage before check-in or after check-out is not available.

Odor: The room smells bad. The towels inside have not been washed and are placed there in a mess. There is a lot of dust on the facilities. The whole place is dirty. Fortunately, there is a projector.
Noise: The noise outside is also very loud when the window is closed. There are always motorcycles humming and galloping below. It is very noisy.
Location: Very central and convenient.
Service: Not good, poor communication, not considerate of the customer's 1-day cancellation due to travel plans, giving a bad review.
No one called/texted me to say that the check-in code was sent by email. When I contacted the customer service, they said it was sent to the email. They don't check the email very often.

The hotel is nice. Contactless check-in. But unfortunately it turned out to be very inconvenient inside. It is declared as a family hotel: there is a third place for a child, a kitchen, but there are some buts... there is nowhere for the family to sit and eat together. In the room there is 1 small table in the corner, which cannot be moved, and one chair. There is also a severe shortage of sockets. There is nowhere to charge phones and cameras. You need to turn off the kettle, refrigerator and microwave. Beautiful, clean, but a little inconvenient...
