Miyako City Kintetsu Kyoto Station

A normal station hotel with clean and standard set up. On the far side of the station but easy to access. Can see the tracks but very quiet.

We are very pleased with Miyako City Kyoto Station Hotel. You cannot beat its location! We enjoyed their breakfast (Japanese and Western). The staff always greeted you when you bumped into them. The other perks - you get to see bullet trains passing by outside our hotel window yet there was absolute quietness in the room. Their bed was very comfortable and i love the fact that they gave us a soft and a firm pillow. I highly recommend this hotel.

Miyako City Kintetsu Hotel ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a lovely stay at Miyako City Kintetsu Hotel! The location is extremely convenient, making it easy to get around. There’s even a Uniqlo right in front of the hotel, which is great for some shopping. The staff are super friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. The room is surprisingly spacious, including the toilet, which is a huge plus compared to many other hotels in Japan. Everything was super clean and well maintained. Overall, a very comfortable stay with excellent service and a fantastic location. Would definitely come back again on my next visit!

Love the location and I can see the bullet trains gone past my room but I hear nothing. Close to shops, Kyoto tower and restaurants. Easy to locate, got off Shinkansen and down the stairs from the Central Gate.

Very convenient for connecting and surrounded by shopping malls. Had a very pleasant stay there. My room was right next to Shinkansen track. No noise and great view for a train enthusiast.
