入住這酒店5天，感覺和家一樣。位置特別好，去那裡多方便。

店面照片和實際不符，很難找，無前台服務

本身見到24小時check-in以為係有人係到啦，去到得部pad叫我self checkin，重點係我收唔到email所以冇passcode，眼甘甘望住前枱入面有部電話，心諗唔通我爬入去咩🫨好彩佢有hotline support，有唔同語言揀。最後狗衝去電話亭call hotline，打左兩次先攞到所有資料，仲要嗰陣冇晒啲銀仔，差啲訓街。 位置就預左偏，不過好近清水寺，附近都有的士站，夜晚搵野食就難啲。 一入房勁大陣up臭味，係啲鞋濕左雨水嘅味黎。

No staff. You are given code to get in. 16:00 is the check in time with very early check out time at 10:00.

Useless remote reception.

Good location

The room and the check in was really nice and spacious, but to use hot water you have to put in a number into a special device next to the shower which was confusing for someone who is not used to something like that, so a small note would have been nice. All in all the passcode with the door was always easy to use! Also the window to the room was kind of cold and we didnt know how to properly close it but it was not as bad.

The little apartment is a nice size and very clean. Great location too. Be aware there is no staff. You check yourself in and out using a tablet and email codes they send you. There is no cleaning, or towel changes, or garbage removal. Annoying but not the end of the world. The real problem was the beds. Possibly the least comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. Actually debated sleeping on the floor.

It was so comfortable staying at this place. Our room has laundry so it made easier our staying. It was a surprise noticing that there is a self check place so there is not a reception desk as well. Be careful if you use a local transport for your luggage.

The hotel is extremely dirty. There are pinworm infection. My entire ankle is swollen. Hotel should do a major cleaning before it open for business again.

Very nice ! Nice, silent, clean. No window view, however, comfortable. The rest room is large enough, clean and tidy, very good. Very nice expenience. Self check in check out is new experience to me, however very easy and smooth. Just need to make sure you pay attention on the emails hotel sent to you, then everything will be smooth and easy. The location is not far from station, and near the famous sight, good choice for Kyoto trip.

The beds and pillows were very firm and the construction taking place next door was very noisy.

Bad room in a good location with no one to help. The location is within walking distance from Gion (guasha district), a major temple, the riverside, and a train station .. but it is a long walk (between 15 and 30 depending on the thing). The room was the worst I have even been in. It was small (but that is to be expected in Japan), had a decent amount of dust (but otherwise clean), but it was next to a very load road with no sound insulation, and it had the hardest bed/pillow I have never been on (I ended up using my dirty clothes as a pillow instead). The worst part however is that there is no one ever there to help with anything. That wouldn't have been so bad if the locks weren't really finicky and took a while to lean how to use. A youtube video forwarded to all people who booked could have easily solved this.
