The sanitation is very clean, and the overall facilities are smarter than those of a five-star hotel. I want to praise this pillow! It’s the most comfortable pillow I’ve slept on in Japan. It’s supportive, and the coffee is mellow so you can drink it. You can even cook your own meals, which really saved my life!

Very nice homestay! The decoration is super tasteful and retains the flavor of Kyoto Machiya. The view of the small courtyard and the wooden barrel bathroom are really amazing. Compared with hotels, this kind of homestay with several bedrooms and various facilities such as living room and washing machine is very suitable for families with children like us, which is very homely and convenient. Although the location is not in the city center, it is more convenient to travel, and there are many restaurants around. Of course it would be better if the price was lower.
