I experienced the best service in the heart of Kyoto! The staff was very friendly and we had the bathhouse to ourselves, which was really nice.

This is the largest Japanese inn I have ever stayed in. The suite on the fifth floor is really large, with a rare double sink, and the bedroom is also very comfortable. The tatami is very novel. The farewell ceremony is very touching. The quality of two meals per hotel is good. Most of the service staff are old ladies. It is a pity that the courtyard is small. The private bath environment is very good.

The staff were very friendly and the room was just like the ryokan I wanted. It was my favorite accommodation during this trip. Highly recommended if you want an accommodation with a true Japanese feel.
