Prince Smart Inn Kyoto Sanjo

Nice hotel with a nice lobby. The rooms are spacious and the shower is amazing. You even get a small complimentary breakfast in the morning. Hotel is near all sightseeing spots and main shopping streets.

Nice place and location. Only downside is the lack of water and having only one bottle a day after system checks if it is taken for the day.

Located within Shopping Street, the hotel offers a peaceful and restful stay despite the lively surroundings. Just downstairs, there’s a convenience store, and within a few minutes’ walk you can reach market and subway station, making it very convenient. The rooms are well kept, and both the shower facilities and the spacious bathtub provide a comfortable experience. The self-service breakfast has also received many positive reviews from guests.

We didn't expect there are free breakfast for all guests but it is just cold food.

It was biggest room I have every seen in Japan. The staff was helpful and rooms were more than enough.

Great locations but the check in/out machine doesn't work properly. We need assistance from the staff for checking in and out.

We really liked the hotel; the room was spacious compared to the ones we had in Osaka or Tokyo. We didn't request housekeeping, but the room was spotless. The receptionist helped us with our check-in. The breakfast was delicious, served Japanese-style, but the food was the same every day. There's a free luggage storage room; we left our bags after checkout and picked them up after our city walk. どうもありがとう!

Hotel seems to be more self service, there are staffs but usually just one. Self check in and outs. They have lockers for free luggage that is also self check. Free breakfast. The room are spacious. Convenient location to shopping ,train-station and food.

I had a great stay here! Will definitely be back.
