I stayed for 6 nights in the peak season of November and the price was not cheap. The staff is so polite. The kitchen floor in the room is quite dirty. The most disappointing thing is that the sound insulation is very poor. There are many people walking upstairs every night and it is very loud. After staying for 6 nights, only the last night was quiet because the two couples upstairs had checked out and had already packed their luggage around 5 a.m. We went out and met them checking out around 9 a.m. I wanted to report the noise the next morning, but the staff hadn't come to work yet. After that, I stayed for a while and forgot about it. Moreover, the table in the living room is very small. We bought food from a nearby supermarket to eat back, but there was not enough space, so we had to use our suitcases as the table. The door is electronically locked, so there is no need to bring a key when going out. Towels will not be changed during your stay, but there is a washing machine so you can clean yourself. Not many hangers and cutlery. The location is good, very close to the station, and there are convenience stores and supermarkets nearby.

The hotel is located next to Saga-Arashiyama station, very convenient for transportation. It is close to various tourist spots in the Arashiyama area. There are restaurants and cafes nearby. You can wake up early and walk to Arashiyama bamboo forest before the crowds come. The hotel is quite old. The room has complete facilities, except for the bathroom, which must be used in the public bathroom. The toilet in the room has a slightly bad smell, like it is not very clean.

The location of Arashiyama is good and convenient for traveling. The room is large and there is a bath. The dinner is delicious.

Service: The hotel service is also very traditional, very considerate, and very authentic Japanese service. From moving luggage and arranging seats at the subway station, to welcoming with a smile after arriving at the store, arranging check-in one after another, and putting the luggage in the corresponding room. After checking in, there were also various introductions, and the English was basically enough for communication. We stayed in TATAMI, and the traditional reception room was used when we checked in. After going out for hiking and coming back after dinner, the beds had been changed and made for us. In the morning, after getting up and continuing to climb the mountain and after breakfast, the beds were also made for us. The service was very timely, so timely that my husband's original plan to go back to the room after breakfast to ”recuperate” was all failed (because the bed had been put away, he could only sleep on the hard TATAMI), hahaha~ Food: I bought a meal package, the wagyu sukiyaki in the evening and the breakfast in the morning were all delicious. Surroundings: The hotel's heating can ensure the indoor temperature, and our plan to chase maple leaves outdoors was very satisfied. The suspension bridge really will not disappoint. Coming here is away from many crowds of people, and you can quietly enjoy the atmosphere surrounded by red leaves on the mountain trail. Every bend, every gust of wind, every bridge, and every passerby are wonderful moments in the camera.

Location: The hotel is close to the subway station and is easy to find. Hotel appearance: It feels quite decent, and I feel reassured even before I check in. Waiter: Very professional, patiently helped us check in, and took good care of all our needs, which is commendable. Hotel room: quite spacious and comfortable with a bathtub, the bed is comfortable and you can sleep peacefully.

There’s nothing wrong with it except that it’s expensive🤣 It’s worth going again. Be sure to order a private soup for the beautiful scenery. Dinner and breakfast are average. You can bring your own cup noodles, but it’s very worth going.

It's in a great location opposite Kyoto City Hall, right under the subway, and with Honnoji Temple behind. The facilities are new and clean, and the beds are soft and fluffy. The staff are attentive and kind. There is also a large public bath, so it was a very satisfying hotel.
