El hotel está bien situado y me ha gustado bastante la cama cómoda y buen servicio

Ok for a short stay. Not more than 15 min from the airport. About 20 minutes to plaza catalunya. 5 minutes walk to the metro which brings you to plaza catalunya in about 35 minutes. Seasoned facility.

非常大。離開機場也就15分鐘車程。但是市區。服務非常棒。酒店看出去非常美。推薦入住，性價比很高的酒店。攜程的服務真的棒。

The hotel room is nice, but not clean so much dust the bed was not clean, the bathrobe was ripped. At the first day till we went the housekeeping service was not well done. The service in general is not good at all, it’s a 5 stars hotel but look like 3 ! No one respond during the day and night, you need to call 10 time the reception to ask something and everyone says something deferent and don’t call you back. They don’t have extra equipment needed like 4 or 5 stars hotel. Don’t have the basics when we first came in the room we had to asked the housekeeping attendant to give us others wise they don’t. There is no housekeeper, we stayed 4 days and no one respond, Beside the nice people at the restaurant and the food in the restaurant and 1 girl in the breakfast team no one is welcoming. That was really disappointing. I expect normal service. I will not come back. And don’t recommend was really really not clean and service not good !
