About this flat Welcome to our charming T2+ Tinyhouse style apartment, ideally located in the heart of a seaside village, close to a nature reserve and its Pampin marsh: L'houmeau, 1300 metres from a pebble beach and 4000 metres from the Ile de Ré bridge and its fine sandy beaches, and 5 minutes by car from La Rochelle (15 minutes by bike). You'll love its ideal location and calm. Whether you're coming as a couple, with children or friends, our T2 plus mezzanine of 25 m2, and its large terrace of 30 m2, is the perfect place to stay and discover La Rochelle and the Ile de Ré, just a stone's throw from a nature reserve where you can watch the marsh birds and walk to a pebble beach, or cycle over the bridge (free of charge) and discover the fine sandy beaches of the Ile de Ré. You're also 15 minutes from the centre of La Rochelle and its aquarium via the cycle paths. The village centre with its shops is 2 minutes away by car, 10 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bike. Our air-conditioned T2+ Tinyhouse has been carefully designed to offer you all the comfort you need during your stay. It can accommodate up to four people, and has a private enclosed parking space next to the ground-floor bedroom. The flat As you will have realised, what makes our accommodation special is its original layout and its large west-facing terrace/garden. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sea air. Inside, you'll find a well-equipped, air-conditioned space, with a bedroom fitted out with very comfortable bedding (Bultex mattresses). Above the kitchen, after climbing the steps of the staircase furniture, you'll access a mezzanine, behind a set of moucharabieh panels, to a low-ceilinged bedroom (130 cm) with a 140 cm double bed.There is a fully-equipped kitchen and a modern, fully-tiled bathroom with a large glass-enclosed shower and double washbasin, all in a warm, modern atmosphere. You can also enjoy Netflix on an adjustable Android smart TV. The decor is tasteful, and everything has been thought of to make your stay a pleasant one (coffee maker, microwave oven, phone charger socket, wifi internet, etc.). Près du pont de l'île de Ré Emplacement parfait si vous prévoyez visiter l'île de Ré et le centre-ville de La Rochelle. Un peu éloigné des services mais répondait parfaitement à nos besoins. Propreté impeccable et le pavillon est très calme et sécuritaire. Il ne manquait qu'un sèche-cheveux. Prendre note qu'il n'y a pas de serviettes de douche ni de literie fournies avec la location. Les photos de l'annonce correspondent en tout point avec la réalité.

Logement à ne pas manquer Nous avons passé moi même et une amie 4 jours dans un logement propre neuf et raffiné, meublé avec goût et très bien équipé - Endroit très calme - l’hôte nous a réservé un très bon accueil , très agréable. Super séjour Appartement très sympa avec tout le nécessaire et une terrasse très agréable. Ayant une voiture pour nous déplacer l'emplacement était top. Nous avons apprécié échanger avec nos hôtes, ils été disponibles et réactifs. Je recommande.
