Modern Victorian home, dates back to La Crosses Lumber mill days. Built by the Molzahn family in 1895, key features included open concept with tons of natural light. Located one of the best neighborhoods in La Crosse. This is the upper unit of the house, stairs are required to get into the unit. Key pad for easy entrance. We look forward to having you!

Great neighborhood location
Very nice, spacious 2 bedroom upper apartment. Updated. Perfect location, close to everything, great neighborhood for walking in the morning.

Nice upstairs apartment
The property was nice and quaint, well maintained. Internet continually shut off. We were unable to watch a movie fully even after rebooting the fire stick/ multiple times. However the place was very nice and peaceful.

Lovely place
This lovely LaCrosse home was just what we needed. Very spacious and clean. Nice, quiet neighborhood and close enough to downtown.
