The staff is superb and maintain the environment properly. Just the room furniture is so so but justify the price.

El hotel necesita una reforma en las habitaciones, ya que hasta las que te dicen que están reformadas no lo están demasiado, pero el equipo de animación (Nico, Paula, Manel, Harrison etc) hacen la estancia un 10. Inmejorable la atención recibida por parte de ellos, tanto a los niños como a los adultos. Nos hacen sentir siempre como de la familia. Hemos estado ya en varias ocasiones y siempre que voy se lo digo a todos: si no fuera por ellos, no volvería! Una suerte que el hotel pueda contar con un equipo como este la verdad.

We had to wait a few hours for our room to be ready, but it wasn’t too bad. The rooms are quite spacious. The bed and pillows are really comfortable. Our towels were changed every day. The only downside was that there isn’t a full length mirror- the only mirror was in the bathroom. The gardens are beautiful and very well kept. The pool area is cleaned every morning. The pools were a nice temperature. The pool bars were always busy, but the staff coped well and were friendly. There was entertainment on, but we didn’t bother with it as it was geared mainly for young children. We walked to the beach which wasn’t too far away. We also had a few drinks in The Irish Tavern across the road. Food in the restaurant was nice enough. We always found something to eat. It wasn’t kept particularly warm, but it was tasty. My only complaint is that you could only use the tea/coffee machines at breakfast. The local shops were fine - we bought most things from the store across the road called Buy More. The bus stop to Benidorm is at the side of the hotel - I think it was about 1 euro sixty one way. All in all we had a great holiday and I would recommend it to anybody- I would’ve liked to have had another week there.

There are reasons to like this hotel especially if you’re travelling with young children. The rooms are comfortable- if a little snug and staff work hard to keep them clean. Beds comfortable with cotton sheets. The common areas are immaculate. The pools and water park are well maintained with life guards in attendance. However… compared to last year the standard of food was average to say the least and lacked its previous variety. Our 8 year old struggled to find anything to eat. The evening entertainment was previously inclusive - it’s now a free for all for pre schoolers and Ks1 Families endured baby shark etc only to see a man with reptiles one night m, bubbles another and hand shadowing on our last evening. Real entertainment on the cheap… we often retreated to our room to read a book or watch a download. Our 8 and 11 olds were not catered for and amused themselves with a football . This place does offer good value for money if you just want to crash near a pool and tan to the sound of children having a good tine. H

We spent our first family holiday here for a week the kids had a blast and Animation Team were fantastic Alex, Harrison, Chole and all the team she couldn’t wait for disco, I even emailed to ask about the songs as she was driving me made to do the dances and they were good enough to send me the list. The hotel was good and clean and always well maintained, food was good a varied selection not so much choice for kids but we got by for the week. After a number of bad reviews I wasn’t sure but was great for us 🌞👧🏻👦🏻💃🏻

Currently still here on a 11 night holiday with my 2 children and can honestly say this hotel is amazing!!!! Would definitely recommend the pizza garden & tex mex restaurants that you can book on to. My son is Autistic and still ate plenty throughout the day within this hotel The entertainment team are amazing so welcoming and friendly they work so hard everyday to make the holiday fun my son and daughter love Nico Manel & Alex Harris Mano I definitely recommend the white party, pool/foam party, colour clash & Aqua dance (Be prepared for Nico to make you shake your booty) If you looking for a holiday that suits all the family this hotel definitely has all you need and more!!
