Hotel Riu Palace Tres Islas

This hotel is in a fabulous location on the most beautiful beach and just 10 mins taxi ride outside main resort of Corralejo, hotel is lovely a bit dated but elegant, was spotlessly clean and staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Lifts were a bit slow but were ok on the whole, food was ok ranged from good to average,better some days than others, plenty of selection, morning cuppa never hot tho, and I will never understand how free cava for breakfast but have to pay for water with evening meal. only real gripe would be sunbed situation, felt compelled to go to beach because of the gauntlet towel run, think a booking system would definitely benefit guest's. Would I return to this hotel, yes in a heartbeat

Amazing location. An old fashioned charm that was perfect for us. The character made it feel relaxing. The staff were wonderful. The large bedroom was cleaned to high standard. The food was best A I ever had. Entertainment was varied with some outstanding acts. Definitely will return.

I returned from holidaying in Fuerteventura and stayed in this amazing hotel . I traveled solo and found the hotel and staff to be very hospitable and safe . On arrival I was given the key to my room and a safe key and directed to the dining room where food was served until 10 pm ( I arrived on an afternoon flight) . After reading reviews about the safe having a key I was dubious but it works really well and is totally fit for purpose . The room it self I would agree with other reviews the decor is dated but the single room was very big , extremely clean with an en suite bathroom and a fridge and as I was AI I could make the most of the drinks and they were re- filled daily. The cleaning staff did a superb job of keeping the room in tip top condition and were very polite . My room did not have a balcony , the rooms with balcony’s are more expensive but I had an amazing view from my room which was on the 3rd level . WiFi is great I noticed a WiFi box in my room and I had a vpn so I could watch my old favourites on British tv , there wasn’t any blips in the internet from my room or anywhere in the hotel . I noticed reviews about subbed towels and getting them early, I totally agree with this, I went down to the pool area no later than 8 am and there were several subbed taken up . The sun-beds were of reasonable quality but some of them leaked water from where they were situated . However there were always plenty of sun beds on the beach . The beach is fantastic , just as the photos show , white sands and beautiful clear waters , the beach is just through a back gate in the hotel at the end of the pool area, it’s so close just footsteps , no walking miles for a beach. The food was fantastic , lots of variety for all types of eaters . My favourite meal of the day was evening meal the hot food was out of this world . I loved the garlic bread made with real crushed garlic and the pizzas which I don’t usually eat at home was fantastic my only groan would be the birds ..one or two would come along and nip at the deserts . Otherwise a really brilliant hotel.
