"The staff attitude and service are excellent. Airport transfers are available, and you can choose a cheaper option: pay directly to the driver in a suit. Our departing flight was at 06:00, and we asked the staff if they could arrange transportation. The reply was that the driver would pick us up at the hotel at 03:25 and would also arrange a breakfast box. The fare was the same as the daytime fare. We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and had a buffet, a lunch and a dinner all of high quality and in a nice setting."

"We stayed at the Casa Grande Hotel for 5 nights and here is our thoughts. Pros: 1. Hotel was exceptionally clean. 2. Food and service in Yerba Buena was good. 3. Room was spacious and clean and quiet at night. 4. Location was in an upscale neighborhood with many places to eat and drink. 5. Hotel was located close to the cable car (green line). Cons: 1. Front desk had limited (and I mean limited) English. 2. You had to pay for your room upon checkin. 3. You couldn't charge anything to your room (food, drinks, etc.). 4. Housekeeping was stingy with no extra water, soap, toilet paper, etc. provided. We had to ask for more at the front desk. 5. Service in the Casabar on the top floor was slow. 6. Hotel was located about a 25 minute taxi ride to the main Murillo Square. Taxi cost about BOB 40-50."

"The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and it even had a bathtub. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were also delicious. I had left something in my room and didn't realize it, but a staff member brought it to the lobby for me. Thank you very much. You can request airport transportation from the hotel, or you can call an Uber yourself, but due to traffic congestion in the city, it's best to leave early when heading to the airport from the hotel."

"At first, they offered a free transfer from the airport to the hotel, but an hour later, I received an email saying it was a $16 service. Okay, there are four of us with four suitcases. He meets us in some small car and says he'll take two, and the rest can go as they please. A taxi for four people with suitcases is the same price! We're taking a taxi! At reception, they ask us to pay for the transfer!!! Even though it was for two, and there are four of us. Long negotiations, we refuse to pay! The rooms themselves are very small! The water runs intermittently! They couldn't flush the toilet! We had to get water from the shower. The water coming out of the sink is very dirty! I've attached a photo. Breakfast was included, but due to an early check-out, they didn't give us anything! Upon check-out, we had to wake the concierge to open the door."
