Hotel Boutique Terra Diaguita & Spa

El hotel tiene una hermosa decoración, sin embargo NO TIENEN ESTACIONAMIENTO y según la recepcionista (quién tiene muy poco información) tenían un convenio con un local del frente. Al sacar nuestro auto de ese estacionamiento pusieron muchos problemas, ya que por motivos de seguridad no se pueden dejar autos estacionados afuera. Tienen una descoordinación con eso. Segundo punto: La Señora que atiende la cocina, que es extrajera, atiende muy mal, no permite que uno elija donde sentarte, ella lo impone, y tampoco tiene amabilidad para atender a los pasajeros. Pésima su atención. Bastantes puntos por mejorar.

Hit and Miss Disappointed as an elderly couple that the allocated room was not in the main building and on the first floor of the annexe with no lift and facing onto what at times was a very noise street.Staff were very good and the breakfast had a good selection.

*On the plus side: the garden is very pretty and the breakfast was delicious, props to the hard working ladies in the kitchen and the cleaning service as it was spotless. Aside from that, not a good experience at all!!!!* When I arrived, they tried to give me a room in a whole different building, with “colonial style”, that had no blinds and huge set of stairs to the bed!!! It was not like the pictures at all and I complained many times until they finally offered a room that seemed decent in the main hotel area. The service was bad as they couldn’t care less that they were trying to abuse the system by giving me another low grade room across the street. The reception suggested a restaurant, honestly one if the worst I have ever been, called Mare y Bombo. Extremely expensive, also bad service (you can see their reviews which speaks for itself). Lastly the were unhelpful at the hotel and never mentioned services like tbe massage whch comes included in the price. I also had a morning tour and they did not allow an early pre made breakfast which could have taken them 2 minutes to prepare the day before. I could have even prepared it myself. Oh and the noise was really bad. I constantly heard people walking above me. Location in the center felt unsafe at night.
