Welcome Home! Fully renovated 3/2, property in the quiet Spring Arbor Village neighborhood located in Florida's Friendliest Hometown, by the Villages. Come enjoy world class golf courses, dining, shopping, live music and bars all a short bike, car or golf cart ride away. Property is tastefully furnished and has smart TV’s in all the bedrooms. Large eat-in kitchen with plenty of storage space. Come enjoy everything the Villages has to offer (property does not have access to Rec center) or golf cart trail. About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats (limit 2 total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Quiet hours in neighborhood between 10pm-8am on Sunday-Thursday and 12am-8am Friday evening-Sunday morning..Check out by 11 AM. There is a $200 late check out fee if you don’t get a request approved, 48 hours prior to day of desired late check out. Thanks,Please treat the home as your own. Clean
This space has obviously been staged. That being said it is immaculate. I have a family member who usually has to take allergy medicine when staying in rentals. She had no problems. It has all the necessary kitchen equipment and more than a lot of others I’ve stayed at. Great size driveway.

Lovely stay near The Villages
Great place, plenty of beds for all of us to stay while visiting family in the nearby Villages. Easy to get to and instructions for accessing the property were straightforward. Host responded quickly to any questions we had. Would gladly stay again!

Lets Get Cozy
The property was just as described. It was a perfect location for our stay. The house is adorable and all that would be needed is available. The beds are very comfortable as well and the Host is excellent, He was always available if needed.

FANtastic!
I highly recommend this VRBO for many reasons . . . . first of all, the place was immaculately clean, fresh and decorated tastefully. It was in a lovely quiet location (a residential area) with a wonderful back yard and patio table & chairs. John, our host, was readily available (pretty much at the drop of a hat!) and was courteous, helpful, friendly, yet professional. My friends and I were there for 4 nights and would certainly keep this place on the top of our list for future trips to the area. Thank you, John!

great location and clean
the property was very clean. We liked that it had sleeping arrangements beyond the 3 bedrooms. Although the property is not technically "in" the villages, it is in a very nice neighborhood with easy access by car to everything the villages has to offer. We would definitely stay at the property again
