Pool area smelled like sewer. Luggage rack was useless with worn out ripped off straps. Comforter on bed closest to the window looked yellow tinged on edges like it had not been washed in a long time. I slept in that bed and was afraid to touch it. Shower head is dated and does not provide a typical shower spray. Otherwise carpet seemed reasonably clean. It’s a low quality hotel with high price. At ＞$200 with fees it is not worth it. I also saw after I had checked in, I could have gotten the same room that evening for ~$40. Won’t be staying there again. We had stayed here when it was not AmericInn years ago. It was rip off then too. Had I realized this was the same location I would not have booked this hotel. Stairwell was dirty. Sink area in room new.

Bruce Patricia, mrs. Moore. The sheets a nd beds are just fine. The rooms are s parkling clean We rarely see any staff so hard to rate them breakfasts ard slways fine. Nice to have the pool finally open. I imagine it takes a lot ofattention. I remember in our last stay, the bill had an unusual number of "special s er vices" added to the bill, taxes etc., which added at least 30 percent to the advertised rate. Not out of sight but still unexpected. Thank you. Pat moore

Overall stay was good. We had to move to a new room because of a stopped up sink. Our stay was very enjoyable. The staff was very helpful.

I stayed one night at this place for work. My check-in was smooth and friendly. I probably would’ve given it four stars if the bed wouldn’t have been so soft, at least it was in room 102. It’s your typical AmericInn, clean, quiet with a familiar layout. It does offer a complimentary breakfast, but I always pass on them. I just can’t eat them, I’m not being really cheap and not on expense account. By the way, there’s a real good family restaurant just up the road a quarter mile. Friendly, and from what I’m told great desserts. I probably should’ve gotten pie to go. I always ask myself, “what I stay here again? “. I would.

Parking lot was well lit. Room was clean. Breakfast included hot offerings like sausage and waffles. Pool area was clean. Pool was comfortable, not cold.. Hot tub was actually hot and not just warm like some places we have stayed. Both were fully operational. Front desk staff at check in was the kindest guy. We've stayed here before and the remodel really makes a huge difference. Looks great!

Unfortunately, they ran out of hot breakfast food and orange juice with approximately 1/2 dup of milk left, not enough for a bowl of cereal by 9 am on Sunday morning. And sadly, the pool was freezing cold, and the hot tub was barely warm. However, the room was nice and clean.
