"When we arrived at our villa the heating was not switched on and we were unable to make it work. Later a maintenance man arrived and got the heating working but it was still very cold. The bedding was inadequate and we had to sleep with our clothes and sweaters on. The next day when we returned from playing golf the temperature had risen to 18 degrees. The bedrooms and the sitting room were still very cold. We asked for floor heaters but were told that none were available. By the third day the temperature had risen to 20 degrees, still cold but bearable. I have written three emails to Pestana to complain but their reception say that they are too busy to reply. An email to management also remains unanswered. Avoid this place, they do not know how to treat their paying customers."

"Vila Vita Parc is a truly lovely hotel and unlike anywhere I have stayed before. The service is excellent, and the twice-daily room service is very much appreciated. There is a wide variety of restaurants to choose from, offering different styles of cuisine. Although they are slightly expensive, the quality makes the prices acceptable. I would definitely stay here again next time."

The breakfast was delicious and varied, truly offering something for everyone. The stunning sea view during breakfast was particularly impressive. Also, the pool area and the overall location of the resort are unique and perfect for relaxation. We would love to come back!"

"The warm and friendly reception staff offered various suggestions and assistance, creating a cozy atmosphere reminiscent of a family-run guesthouse. On the day of departure, in addition to storing luggage, guests could return to take a shower before leaving, which was very thoughtful. The hotel itself isn't large, but it's adequate, matching the pictures. The location is excellent, with unbeatable sea views, and it's just a short walk to the bustling center of town, where everything from food and drinks to shopping is readily available."

"Great hotel. We stayed for one night, took a one-room apartment. We were worried that there wouldn’t be another bed for the child. As a result, the bedroom had a huge double bed, and the living room had 2 fold-out sofas. Therefore, in general, 2 adults and 2 children will be accommodated in comfort. The apartment had everything you needed for cooking, pots, pans, spoons, forks, etc. There is also a refrigerator, stove, microwave. Washing machine."

"كانت اقامتي في فندق فالي دي إل راي فيلاز مدهشة.الملكية جميلة جداً تحيط بها الاشجار و الاشجار و مكان الافطار جميل جداً و تشعرك بالرفاهية و الاسترخاء. كما يوجد مكان لتناول الطعام و المشروبات و الاطباق. لقد استمتعت بالاقامة في فندق فالي دي إل راي فيلاز. و اسعار الاقامة في الفندق مناسبة و الامكانيات التي تستحق. الحدائق تتسم بالفخامة والصيانة، والجو العام هادئ ومدعو. غرفتي كانت بدون اطلاله و واسعه و مريحه جدا .... لها اطلاله خلابه و كل ماتحتاجه... الموظفين كانوا ودودين بشكل استثنائي و حريصين على المساعده دائما و مع ابتسامه جميله ... شكر خاص للعاملين على حسن الاستقبال و الترحيب و التوديع و تقديم ضيافه مجانيه و خدمة الغرف على اكمل وجه و استمتعت بكل حفاوه وتحياتي لقد استمتعت أيضاً بوجبة الإفطار التنوع الكبير والخيارات الطازجة كل صباح. كانت منطقة البركة منطقة اضفاء الطابع الاهلي للاسترخاء بعد يوم من استكشاف مدينة الجزائر. سواء كنت تبحث عن الفرصه الرومانسيه او بالاسترخاء فهذا المنتجع خيار رائع."
