Other things to note: The residences in our vicinity receive water from a shared well, but we have equipped our house with a water softener and water filter to condition the water. Strickly NO smoking at the property inside or outside the home. With the warmer weather approaching, I understand that you may want to spend time outside on the front deck. Please keep noise levels to a minimum during these times to respect the peacefulness of the neighborhood. Additionally, please drive with caution when entering and exiting the rental property. Please be mindful of the speed limit and that there may be pedestrians, cyclists, and children in the area.
