My wife and I have been coming to Lookout Point for years now and we keep coming back because of the charm, comfort, relaxation, great food and fantastic service. This time we brought our King Charles Cavalier Spaniel named Beau and stayed in one of the pet friendly rooms. Robin always sees to it that our needs are met and genuinely cares about all the guest as well. We keep coming back because it is always so enjoyable. Chris & Lynne Hall Longview, Texas

We were blown away with the staff and accommodations. They were definitely 5 star. The room was fantastic and the food was delicious. Coffee outside the door every morning and breakfast delivered to the room. And can’t forget to mention the cookies!! We will be back. Susan and Robert Hancock

Our stay at Lookout Point Lakeside Inn was fantastic. The staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating. Robin, Don, and Caroline welcomed us when we arrived and got us settled in our beautiful Songbird room. The room was beautifully decorated, very clean, very quiet, and had everything we needed to make our three day stay very comfortable. The dinner we had our first night was an excellent salad and the breakfast every morning was delicious. Coffee was delivered every morning at 7:30 a.m. The view from our balcony was picture perfect. Thank you Don for the delicious malted milk pancakes drizzled with chocolate that we had before we left on our last day. Thank you to all the staff that took such good care of us. My wife surprised me with a trip here for my birthday and I have to stay we couldn’t be more happy with our stay. The service from start to finish was first class. Everyone was very friendly, respectful, and quick to help. The room was extremely clean and had all amenities you could want. The breakfast each day was excellent and the location really can’t be topped in the Hot Springs area. Definitely a 5 star stay. We will be back again

Only downside was that we did have to leave. First time to stay here. We expected it to be nice but it exceeded our expectations in every way. The cleanliness of our room, the entire facility, as well as the entire property was outstanding. The breakfast each of our 3 mornings was cooked to perfection! The surrounding grounds comparable to a nature preserve; beautifully maintained. Numerous seating arrangements with privacy and comfort iin mind. Amenities were top-notch and left nothing to be desired. All of the staff were very accommodating and sincere in their desire to provide the best experience possible. The setting on Lake Hamilton was picture perfect for relaxation and solitude.

Found hair in bath water. Disappointing. Told male @checkout & he said it wasn’t true. I’m not a liar/wasn’t asking for discount. Other staff are wonderful. Very courteous. Very peaceful with lots of birds/geese. Lake & grounds beautiful.

Our housekeepers do immaculate work, and I am working with them on adding a step to their shower curtain process. We launder both the curtain and the liner for each shower between every guest, and I am working with our housekeepers on the need to take greater care to prevent the transfer of hair from towels to other items in the wash. We are adding an additional step for them and a new product exclusively for use on the shower pieces to help prevent this from happening again. We have very stringent cleaning protocols, and every room is verified via our quality assurance process by management before every guest checks in. Even with these, something like this is rarely left for a new guest to find. Your experience at the front desk is very unfortunate, and I apologize profusely. We determined that not one of our amazing office staff members checked you out, but someone who is typically not at the desk. Our guests' experience - above all else - is THE most important thing we offer at Lookout Point. Your graciousness in your review has not gone unnoticed. I appreciate your kind words greatly, and I appreciate the opportunity to respond and address this terrible incident. This person has been spoken to and regrets any unkindness he may have conveyed. He said this was not his intention, but his surprise over what you reported got the best of him. He regrets this and sincerely apologizes. Outstanding experience all the way around. Beautiful Inn - great room (Birdsong). The grounds are gorgeous. Lovely lake view. Service was top notch - super helpful and responsive. Food was excellent. In fact, we did a dinner one evening in the "sunroom" as we didn't feel like going out. The dinner was fantastic. Thanks for a really great visit Lookout Point!

This was an exceptional stay. The accommodations and the grounds were superb! We had breakfast brought up to our room to enjoy the balcony view with our coffee. The serving platters were top notch and the food was of the highest quality and presentation. Would definitely recommend.

A beautiful B&B, wonderful staff, lovely landscaping & lake setting. Delicious breakfasts. Bedding so soft & comfortable!! We have been going there for many years , and look forward to many more trips there. It is a very romantic , relaxing and great place to spend special time together !

Would highly recommend for a quick romantic get a way. The room was smaller than I expected, but the outdoor space quickly resolved any complaint I may have had. Plenty of activities to do on site, from game room, kayaking, or just sitting in the garden area to take in the sights and sounds. We were never on top of any guests, so it felt like we were by ourselves on a romantic get-away. The special touches that they have go a long way. They deliver a hot pot of coffee or breakfast when requested, or enjoy breakfast on the outside terrace. The food was delicious. They went over the top when they delivered a special plate of strawberries with a small personalized note. We look forward to coming back next spring.

Look out point exceeded our expectations! Can’t wait to go back. The owners Sam & Nancy was so personable! We felt like we had known them all of our life by the time we left. The breakfast each morning was amazing and the staff was on top of everything! The property was so neat and clean. The landscaping was beautiful. We stayed in the velvet ridge room which had a fabulous view of lake Hamilton and the water feature right off of our balcony. Oh and cannot forget to mention the kayaks and paddle boat there was so fun!! We can’t wait to go again!!

Amazing anniversary trip to Lookout Point! We were absolutely spoiled from the room and anniversary card / treats to the beautiful property and delicious food. This was our second time at the Inn and it still exceeded our expectations. Hoping to return soon!

Absolutely amazing. I'd give 6 stars if I could. It's a nice, quiet inn with great sevice and staff. Breakfast and coffee were delivered to our door every morning. The garden is very well kept and has a fire pit. Kayaks, as well as a canoe and pedal boat are easily accessible and were easy to use.

Omg!! This place exceeded our expectations. Peaceful, serene, and just beautiful! It is a hidden gem. The food is absolutely delicious. The staff are professional, courteous and friendly. This was our first visit and We'll definitely be back!

My husband and I only had time for a quick getaway for our anniversary this year, so we decided to spend a few days in Hot Springs. We booked two nights at Lookout Point Inn. From the moment we stepped through the door we were impressed by the warm and friendly staff and the attention to detail. They have every room was just as pictured on the website and the grounds behind the Inn are designed for hours of relaxation, with hammocks, lounge chairs, and beautiful views. We loved every minute of our stay and will visit again!
