Rear entrance has office and laundry area. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms. One bedroom with1 King size bed, and bedrooms with 3 Queen size beds. There is also one full bathroom upstairs. In total there are 6 bedrooms. 2 King size and 4 Queen size mattresses with one bed per bedroom. There is also an inflatable bed that can be put in a larger bedroom if there are more than 12 guests.
