很棒的體驗 下次再來的話應該定個別墅會比較好些

晚上封路了很晚到店，白人小姐姐做完check in我發現房間離的很遠，需要在室外雪地冰面繞一大圈路。我一個人有一件33寸的行李箱，要求加錢換房升級。前台黑人姐姐聽説出來了幫我用email註冊了酒店會員，幫忙免費升級了房型，就在reception主樓樓上，還有直達電梯！完全不用在室外抬行李了。特別謝謝黑人姐姐幫我拿行李 人特別nice，最近去庫克山封路 還給我提供了叫車電話。房間緊挨着蒂卡波湖，早上窗景很美，雪景和湖景渾然天成。

房間很大，也很乾凈。提供免費停車，適合自駕遊。很匆忙沒有拍照，但是價格不便宜。所以性價比稍差！

離湖邊很近。可是，度假村佔地不小，在前臺登記入住後有可能需要再開車才能夠到達房間。晚上的燈光很暗，而且地下都鋪上了碎石子，基本上下車後很難拉行李。這個價位來説，房間太小了，連打開大件行李都有困難，面積跟日本那些三星級商務出差酒店的房間差不多。床旁邊就是厠所，而且厠所們旁邊還安裝了一個磨砂玻璃，晚上開了厠所燈的話就有可能太亮眼睡不着。工作人員態度算是不錯，登記入住的速度可以接受。可是總體來説這個價錢來説的確是性價比太低了。

我最近入住了 Peppers Bluewater Resort，整體體驗有好有壞。 優點方面，周邊景色非常優美，房間也相對寬敞。而且從酒店本身就能欣賞到星空，無需專程前往著名的牧羊人教堂，這一點非常加分。 但也存在不少問題。儘管我們提前一週預訂並且在規定入住時間之後才到達，但房間依然沒有準備好，打亂了我們的行程安排，導致錯過了預約好的温泉項目。最初安排的房間也很臟，工作人員在處理這一問題時的態度和效率也不理想，帶來了很大不便。 後來換的房間裏有很重的咖喱味，地板很黏，還有食物殘渣，清潔不到位。考慮到我們訂的是山景套房，一晚價格接近人民幣3000元，這樣的體驗明顯與價格不符。 希望酒店管理層能重視這些問題，Peppers Bluewater Resort 本有潛力成為一次非常棒的住宿體驗，但現在還需做出明顯改進。I recently stayed at Peppers Bluewater Resort and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the surrounding scenery is beautiful, and the rooms are relatively spacious. Additionally, the ability to stargaze directly from the hotel without needing to travel to the Church of the Good Shepherd is a significant plus. However, there were several downsides. Despite booking a week in advance and arriving well past the check-in time, our room was not ready, which disrupted our plans and caused us to miss our spa appointment. The initial room was also very dirty, and the staff’s handling of the situation was not ideal, leading to a lot of inconvenience. Furthermore, the new room had a strong curry smell and was not thoroughly cleaned, with sticky floors and leftover food crumbs visible. Given the high price point for a mountain view suite, the overall experience did not match.I hope the management addresses these issues, as the potential for a great stay is there, but improvements are definitely needed.
