This airbnb is located conveniently to downtown Lake City with its quality restaurants and shops. Want to go the beach? You will be able to walk to two public Lake Missaukee beaches. You can rent a pontoon boat from Rays Landing. Call 231-839-6196 to arrange your launch time and availability. You will be able to enjoy an outdoor fire pit for bonfires (firewood supplied). There is also a bbq grill available to use.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 13-17.About customRules:If you have more than the registered guest coming, you must notify us if we agree, there will be an extra fee..About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:No events allowed.

Host was awesome. Super helpful and nice. The place is beautiful and only a 1 minute drive to the beach (it was really cold so we didnt want to walk).Very much recommend.

Overnight stay. Had some business in Lake City, and needed a cozy place to call home for the overnight. It was perfect!

What a cool little place. Stayed for four nights. The bathroom is great, so clean and spacious. The road noise is real as others have mentioned, we kind of got used to it. The air conditioner was set up was very noisy, a mini split would make this rental so much better and quieter. We rearranged the coffee set up off of the bathroom counter to have more space for our toiletries and it worked out well. Some hangers and suitcase stands would be a great addition as well. All in all it was a good place to stay!

Super cozy in-law suite attached to house. Couldn’t hear owners, but busy road could get loud at times. Close enough to cute little town, less than an hour from various tourist locations. Owners are accommodating & helpful. Quick & easy check in and check out. Affordable option for couples ( 1-2 kiddos)

This was our second year in a row staying at this property in Lake City to be close to relatives (just down the street) to celebrate the "Best 4th in the North." It feels like home to us now. We were happy to see this year that we have more TV available with Dish for when we need some respite from the grand kids and great grand kids!
