The niche for shampoo is outside the shower cubicle. There is no place to put bottles and cans in the shower room. The partition is not sealed, and there is water everywhere on the ground after taking a shower. The most unbearable thing is the mineral water in the room. I booked two rooms, and both had this problem. Two of the four bottles of water were opened and drunk by others! The service staff are all from the village. They may not have professional hotel service capabilities, but the hygiene problem is unbearable. After all, it is a room of nearly one thousand. They dare to open such a high price. At least the basic functions of the hotel should be done well. I came to Yunnan for nine days and stayed in the most unsatisfactory hotel, which failed the beautiful scenery of Jingmai Mountain!

The details and breakfast need to be improved. The room should have tea and coffee, and disposable paper cups should not be used. The breakfast should be made more carefully and more abundant. Otherwise, it is not worth 1,300 yuan a night. In the long run, customers are wise and it is difficult to return.

The B&B is opened by the aboriginals of Jingmai Mountain. The brother and sister work together. The brother's family manages the tea and the sister's family manages the B&B. The aunt in the restaurant also has to praise her cooking skills. I stayed for two nights and didn't go out to eat. I would like to make a small suggestion to strengthen the training of the young sister employees and work harder on the details of hygiene so that it can last. If I go to Jingmai Mountain next time, I will stay at Two Trees again.
