"The hotel is conveniently located, the rooms are clean, the bed is large and comfortable, and the front desk staff are very friendly. Housekeeping is so-so; I asked for extra paper cups, they promised but never did, and the conditioner bottle contained shower gel instead. Even though there was a sign on the door saying "Don't clean the room," they still knocked on the door, and one day when there was no sign, they still didn't clean the room. Everything else was fine; no major problems."
