People there are nice! The lift at the main entrance is not obvious we have to carry our luggage up the steps. Hotel should indicate clearly so that customers can make good use of the lift instead of carrying heavy luggage through stairs

Excellent location right in the city. The staff were fantastic. When I left behind a very expensive tea pot they did not hesitate to store it for it me, when I decided to have it posted to my address, they organized everything! It arrived safely and was pacakged professionally in a way that meant it was never going to be broken. 

Great central location, friendly staff, and good value for money. Social atmosphere and convenient transport access, though it can be a bit noisy. Overall, a solid choice for budget travelers.
