ممستخدم نزيلAlthough the hotel was in a location we needed and was a great price, our stay was impacted by the hotel’s inability to have a room ready for us one and a half hours after check in time. We had a function to attend that night and drove in for it but needed to clean up and dress for the occasion. They told us it would be at least 30 minutes to an hour to have a room ready and possibly longer. We notified trips.com and they made a phone call to try to speed up the process but were told the same thing. We looked for a hotel in the same area but no rooms were available on a Saturday night and last minute (understandable). Just as we were resigned to making an unfavorable decision, we checked back with the hotel and they were able to give us a room (just not what we reserved) that worked. I was also disappointed that the manager never showed his face at the counter when multiple people were there dealing with the same issue. Made the clerk at the front desk deal with unhappy customers.
