The promised 'every half hour' airport shuttle was nonexistent; I waited for almost an hour and ultimately had to call the hotel to request pickup. More troubling was the clear difference in staff hospitality: employees were friendly only toward Bonvoy members and treated guests who booked via third-party services (such as Trip.com) with indifference or coldness

The location was very convenient and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Free shuttle from and to the airport. Water station next to the lobby to refill water bottles. Nice outside pool in the third floor. Rooms were not too cramped. Restaurant and bar in the ground floor. Not much else around the hotel walking distance other than a few gas stations, car rentals, and a starbucks.

لابد أن يكون الفندق رقم واحد من الفنادق الجديدة ذات الخمس نجوم التي بدأت في الظهور في السنوات الأخيرة؟ استوحى الفندق من التصميم البيئي الأصلي، ويستخدم ديكورات اللوبي والغرف أقمشة كبيرة من الخشب الاصيل، المثيرة للاهتمام حقا. الموقع جيد جدا ، الفندق على منحدر ، الترام الكبير للفندق يطل على المدينة بأكملها ، LA في المساء كان جميل ～ نزل للعلم أن West Holiday House is boy town～ Rain flag spreading everywhere is also fun hahaha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ليس كما هو الحال في المدينة الكثير من الفارين بلانسيون ، اقمت مدة خمسة ايام اجمالا شعوري كان مريح جدا～ اوه اوه ، فطور الفندق كان جيد ، جربت تقريبا كل وجبة رئيسية في القائمة ، لا يوجد اي من المكسرات والفواكه كان ممتاز ، تبني الفندق عبارة عن فواكه في المواسم بicalene ,,, وإذا كنت ستعيش في وطنك، عليك أن تحاول أن تأكل. القهوه والشاي صعب جدا، غير جيد المشروبات... يوجد نقاط ضعف اخرى مثلا: لا يوجد منقذ في المراقبة الثلاجه ولا يوجد مشروبات غير ناضجه تركها موظف اخر المحافظ... الفندق جديد لكن الصيانه ليست جيده جدا السجاد يفسد مساحه كبيره ... يوجد موقف للخدم في المكاتب الاماميه سيء جدا... اتجهت أيضا الى الإضراب الجماعي من قبل موظفي فندق LA الفندق لا يتبع بعض الخدمات مثل هذا الفندق

First time, i stayed at hostel and the hostel was acceptable with location and safety in hostel. Bus stops and metro is prettt easy to use. The people was nice to talk and communicate in hostel. Easy check in-out. The breakfast is not breakfast, just bread, nutella, peanut butter and pancake mix. Every morning, a lady cleaned the bathroom. Everyone was respectful to be quiet for others in my room; i was lucky✨🤞🏻
