Family-friendly apartment to feel good with flair and a large balcony

The apartment, newly renovated and exclusively equipped in April 2024, impresses with its lovingly designed furnishings and its quiet yet central location. Our bright 85 sqm apartment is on the 1st floor of a 3-family house. It offers space for a maximum of 6 adults and one child, of course also with pets. There is a parking space in front of the house in the carport. Two bedrooms ensure a restful sleep. The first bedroom was equipped with a 1.80 x 2.00 m box spring bed and a smart TV. The second bedroom also has a double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m with a comfortable seating area. If necessary, a cot and a small seating and play area can also be provided. There is a wardrobe with generous storage space in both bedrooms. Linen is provided. In the bright living room there is a pull-out sofa bed, which offers sleeping space for another two people. A fireplace provides cozy warmth and a romantic ambience. Firewood is provided free of charge. There is another large smart TV here. On both TVs you can receive all common channels in HD, as well as watch free films and series via Netflix or Paramount+. A correspondingly fast DSL connection with free WiFi is of course also available. The coffee table can be opened up so that you can work on your laptop from here. You cook in a large, fully equipped kitchen (electric stove with ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer compartment). You can enjoy your prepared dishes at the comfortable dining area with an extendable table, 6 chairs and a high chair for small children (if required). A small music system (Alexa) provides background music. The bathroom has two small windows, a bathtub with a shower enclosure, a marble table with a sink and toilet, a hairdryer and a large cupboard for storage space. There are enough towels for all guests. The large balcony is on the south side of the house, so you can enjoy the sun until the evening hours. From here you have a view of the garden of the house and can end the evening comfortably, far away from all the noise. Seating for 4 people is available. Pets are welcome and food bowls are also available. Two bicycles are available free of charge to explore the surrounding area. Langenzenn is a place with an impressive history, idyllically located in the middle of a charming landscape with many hiking and cycling trails. What is particularly worth seeing is the town center (a few minutes' walk away) with its magnificent ensemble of houses such as the old hospital, the monastery complex with the town church and the newly built cultural courtyard. (Brochure: City tour - available in the apartment). Here you will also find all shopping opportunities, as well as doctor's offices and pharmacies. Automobile: The federal highway B8/Südwesttangente is the best way to reach the motorways. Nuremberg exhibition center can be reached by car in 25 minutes, distance 24 km. Train: The Zenngrundbahn runs to the train stations in Fürth and Nuremberg every hour and can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Bus: The citizens' bus (Bübla) travels to the districts several times a day; a timetable is available in the apartment. A night bus takes night owls back home after the pub or cultural tours in Nuremberg or Fürth. Airport: Nuremberg Airport, with connections to various European cities, can be reached by car in around 30 minutes.
