房間太小了，衞生一般，門口就是泳池很方便

Overall this stay wasn’t the best. On check in the boys who helped carry our luggage in made us quite uncomfortable, winking at us while we checked in, and as women travelling alone we found this quite off putting, so much so that we almost left the first night. Other than that the stay was okay, rooms were clean enough and the beds were comfortable. However, there are no shower curtains or covering so when showering the water splashes all over the bathroom. It is also in quite a remote and out of the way location quite far from the main tourist things, it seems like a nice stay for a couple who plan to just lounge at the pool, but I wouldn’t recommend really for those who want to venture near the normal tourist locations unless you can drive. To get into the hotel you have to be driven up and down by hotel staff, as it is located up a hill. The drivers for that were very nice, but overall it was quite tedious.

The resort is located in the Kuah area of Langkawi, which may not be ideal for travelers looking for a beach holiday. If your main purpose is to enjoy beach activities, this resort might not be the best choice. Most of the popular tourist attractions are quite far — for example, it takes about 40 minutes by car to reach the SkyCab (cable car) and around 30 minutes to get to Cenang Beach or the Underwater World aquarium. The only nearby landmarks are the jetty, Eagle Square, and the MAHA Tower. In terms of accessibility, guests must use the resort’s vehicle to reach the property. The journey involves steep slopes and winding roads, which can feel dangerous and uncomfortable. Moreover, the driver’s driving style was quite reckless and rough, which added to the concern. The room facilities were also disappointing. There was no refrigerator in the room, and only two power plugs were available, which was not sufficient for modern travelers. Additionally, the resort provides only one room key card per room, and if you need an extra, you’ll be required to pay a deposit of RM50. Overall, while the resort may be suitable for those wanting to stay near Kuah town or the jetty, it lacks convenience and comfort for a beach-focused vacation or those planning to explore Langkawi’s main attractions.
