Great location: walking distance from the train station. The room was big and well decorated. I enjoyed sitting on the sofa. There was great attention to detail, everything necessary was available. The bed was perfectly soft, I had a great sleep. Breakfast buffet was amazing too! The staff was very friendly.

This hotel is really the most cost-effective hotel we have booked on this trip! So satisfied! The location is very good, there is free parking, the room has windows to see the beautiful night view, the facilities are well-equipped, there is a small coffee table and a small bar. Health is also very good, even smart toilet. Bedding towels and guest items are very high-quality! Especially the bedside lamp, I like it so much, I want to install the same model for my own home when I go home. There are also a lot of food nearby. I went to eat a nearby AAA barbecue, which was very delicious. The spicy king beef noodles opposite the hotel are lightning-avoiding, and locals do not eat them. Hotel front desk service is also good, this hotel is recommended!

The shower head in the bathroom is facing downwards, so I can't lift my head up and can only hold the shower head with one hand to take a shower; Two points for service go to the front desk receptionist. Dissatisfied with the restaurant. I remember that the front desk told me that breakfast would be at 7 o'clock. But when I went to the restaurant, the receptionist was a man (probably the restaurant contractor) who told me that it would be 7:30. He just said, ”Go find whoever told you!” Breakfast is 39 per person, which should be quite rich, but you can see for yourself... After breakfast, the room card couldn't open the door, so I found the waiter who opened the door for me! Home Inn, this kind of business is coming soon!

Very hospitable staff, the scent in the reception area is so pleasant and very welcoming. As usual my humble request is to include a little bit of the very basic western food on the menu. Everything else, cleanliness in the room, comfortable was quite impressive, keep up the good work.

The single room I booked online was small but well-equipped, warm and comfortable, and was cleaned promptly and cleanly. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and thoughtful. I had just arrived in Lanzhou and didn't know the situation. They patiently and carefully introduced me to transportation and travel issues and provided useful and necessary help. I recently stayed at the Hualian Hotel near Lanzhou University Railway Station for one night, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, especially for travelers using the railway station. It’s situated right next to the station, making it easy to access transportation and nearby amenities. While it may not have any standout features, it provides good value for money and meets the basic needs of its guests. I would recommend it for short stays or for those needing easy access to the railway station.

As a Lanzhou native who settled in Chengdu, I must have passed by Jinlun Hotel thousands of times since I was a child! I didn't expect that I would stay there when I grew up. It feels so wonderful. At first, I thought that after so many years, the facilities would be old? It should have been renovated a few years ago, and the maintenance is really good. The room is soundproof, the corridor is carpeted, and the central air-conditioning outlet is not facing people. Great details! This time I went back to Lanzhou for five days and stayed at Jinlun Hotel. Overall, I am very satisfied. It is recommended to add a screen window. After all, there are a lot of mosquitoes. In addition, can the parking fee be reduced or exempted for guests? I hope it will get better and better!

Very good, satisfied with this hotel is great! The location is excellent, the subway station is just outside. The room was clean and spacious and the bedding was comfortable. The front desk lady was warm and thoughtful and the breakfast was rich. High cost performance, come back next time!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped me order takeaways online and navigate the apps. The were also very quick to respond if there were issues. Only thing I would say is that the hotel is supposed to be non-smoking (that’s what I was told), but on multiple occasions I could smell smoke in the bathroom through the vent (very strong). I made a complaint and they said they spoke to the guest but unfortunately this didn’t stop. Cleanliness could have been better as when I first had the room, the room did smell smoky including the pillows. I had to re-clean the wood in the room myself with towel and soap since it was dusty and had a strong smoke smell so I couldn’t sleep and it gave me a headache. I think the rooms need a deep clean if you are to get rid of smoke smell from the bed, furniture, wood. You have your own aircon which is good so there is not a central system.
