Stunning hotel with a very attractive lobby area. Nice size room, with a comfortable bed and pillows. Big thanks to Suzie who speaks excellent English and was able to recommend local restaurants. She also arranged for free snacks to be left in my room, much appreciated. Tea and kettle in room, but no coffee. Excellent location in the old St, many, many restaurants nearby.

Only ten minutes walk from Mayan metro station and a ten minute ride to Lanzhou West rail station for airport and bullet trains. Plenty of restaurants and food trucks in a short stroll including excellent BBQ Uyghur food opposite. Room was great size and tastefully modern while lobby area stunningly tranquil and zen. Hotel is practically brand new as is the immediate city district and a few snagging problems still exist. In my room the AC Couod not be operated so a window was always open. And the fancy electronic WC appeared to have no electric connections as module didn’t work. In hall outside room there was ongoing minor repair to the flooring. Amazingly good value for money and high standard Bed and bathroom plus enormous TV all working 100%.

The location is very good, this area is quiet, it is very convenient to live here if you watch the performance in the Olympic Sports next to it. The service is very good, the health is not bad, the shower may have something to do with the water pressure, after all, the Hansgrohe used by the brand is not bad, the water flow is a bit small, all aspects are very good 👍

This stay far exceeded my expectations, from the doorman who opened the car door and took my luggage to the courteous service of the floor attendants. I especially want to commend the housekeeper, Xiaorui, for her warmth and attentiveness, introducing me to Lanzhou's delicious food and tourist attractions. The room was clean and tidy, making my stay exceptionally comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel! The location is very convenient, just a short distance from the subway station and the Wanda shopping district. For those who enjoy exercising and fitness, there's a sports center across the street. Eating, drinking, and having fun are all within easy reach.

This hotel is definitely the most comfortable one I have stayed in this year! Must have tap water! Let’s talk about the location first: it’s right next to the Old Street tourist district! In the evening, just walk downstairs and you will find all kinds of delicious food. I chatted with the guy at the front desk while waiting in line, and he secretly told me about the hidden menu that only locals know (garlic spare ribs yyds!). The room is bigger than in the pictures! The room we booked actually had a sofa and a small coffee table, so we could spread out our suitcases without them getting in the way. The air conditioning is awesome and cools you down in seconds, the WiFi doesn’t lag when streaming videos, and the best part is there are so many plugs! There are USB ports on both sides of the bed, which is very friendly to electronic devices like me! The mattress was especially soft and hard at the right level, making the whole head extremely comfortable. Even someone like me with a bad waist didn't feel tired, and the quilt was fluffy and had no strange smell (I had stayed in a hotel before where the quilt was so damp that I couldn't sleep at night...). The shampoo in the bathroom is actually not a knock-off brand, and my hair isn’t dry after washing. When I checked out, I wanted to buy the same shampoo, and the cleaning lady directly gave me two sets of samples! The service is really thoughtful: when I came back on a rainy day, the doorman ran over to pick me up with an umbrella; when I sent a courier to the hotel, the girl at the front desk not only helped me collect it, but also used a hair dryer to dry the wet packaging; when I forgot to bring the charging head before leaving, the manager directly said, ”Use it first, and just send it back without paying a deposit.” It’s really a steal to stay in a hotel like this at this price! My friends and I were all satisfied. They kept praising my ability in choosing places. I have already recommended it to my girlfriend who is traveling next week. I will definitely visit it twice! ”

I booked this room for a concert because it's close to the Olympic Sports Center. I didn't see it clearly when booking, but it was a windowless room. The front desk told me on arrival that it had no windows. I was so disappointed. Living alone is scary, and not having a window was a bit claustrophobic. Later, the front desk asked me about the room, and I complained about it. While I was having dinner, the front desk guy called and offered to change my room. The service was excellent, even offering to pick up takeout if it couldn't be delivered. The room we moved to was indeed larger and clean. There were still some hairs on the floor, perhaps because the cleaning lady didn't have enough time. Otherwise, everything else was fine. Highly recommended.

A bit biased, the facilities inside are not bad, next to a small park, and 2 kilometers away is the Yellow River Building, you can go and see, is the sanitary place wrong, I stepped on the ground barefoot, the others are not bad, cheap and affordable

The location is excellent, with plenty of dining and sightseeing options nearby, and it's not far from the Yellow River Tower. The bedding was fantastic – very comfortable, especially with the latex pillows. The hotel itself is upscale, elegant, and attractive. However, it seems some staff members might be new and still require training, as their service etiquette and efficiency in handling requests could be improved. For instance, when I asked for assistance with the coffee machine and a remote control (as there wasn't one in the room), they responded to each request separately, making two trips within half an hour, well after 11 PM, which was quite inefficient. The decor is very new, but there was a noticeable smell of new renovation. I suggest they place some activated carbon or plants to help absorb the odor and ensure better ventilation. Also, the vanity mirror had dust on it. In terms of sound insulation, while the double-glazed, floor-to-ceiling windows provided good protection, I could distinctly hear noises from the hallway, doors closing, and conversations from the adjacent room. Overall, it's still a very good hotel with a 4-star ambiance, and I would recommend it. It's a new hotel, so it probably needs some time to iron out the kinks and mature. The hotel did follow up with two phone calls afterwards, which showed a commendable service mindset. *A quick update:* I later realized I hadn't found the remote control myself and had requested the front desk to send another one. It's possible they needed time to locate it, and for that, I apologize.

Pushing the door, the room is bright and tidy, the floor is clean, the bedding is fluffy and clean, and the care is spotless everywhere. The facilities are well-equipped and intimate: the air-conditioning is well-functioning, the TV is clear, the network is smooth, the separate bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the hot water is sufficient and stable, and the layout of the charging socket is particularly reasonable and convenient. The view outside the window is wide, green and embellished, the lighting is excellent, and the quiet environment guarantees a comfortable rest. The most impressive thing is the heartfelt, full of smiles, warm and thoughtful service, timely service, people feel kind, like a spring breeze. Overall, this is a high-quality place with comfortable environment, complete facilities and sincere service, adding full peace of mind and pleasure to the journey, and is an ideal resting choice.
