Shangri-La Mactan, Cebu

25年ぶりにシャングリラに宿泊しましたが、古さを感じさせず、グレードアップしていました。 部屋も清潔だし、南国特有の匂いもせずいい香りが漂っていました。 館内のレストランで飲めるマンゴーシェイクが美味しくて、滞在中何回も飲みました！！ プールサイドにあるアイス屋も美味しくウベ、マンゴーは万人受けする味です。 朝食はAQUAが眺めが良く、TIDESは種類が多かったのです。セブはマンゴーが美味しいのでたくさん食べました。スタッフが、胸に手を当て、「サラマット」(ありがとう)と声をかけてくれるのも心地良かったです。 早朝の便で帰るので、事前にチェックアウトをしましたが、テイクアウトでパン、果物、ジュース、水が入った物を準備してくれました。 機会があればぜひまた訪れたいです。

首先我係第一次住香格里拉 我先前6次來宿霧都係住另一5星 種植xx resort 看見香格里拉評價好高所以來住 點知住到一肚氣 今次因為我主要行程是在薄荷島 所以返宿霧只住一晚 用左hk$2200 住左一晚最普通城景雙床房 一入住 前台已問加唔加錢 住海景 諗住體驗下 最主要房間舒舒服服便可以 景觀不用太在意 嘗試申請遲一個鐘退房 佢話唔可以 咁半個鐘 亦唔可以 咁無計 原來酒店咁嚴 可能太多人住 點知入到房 係一間加床房 有3張床 我覺得超級不安 同埋間房已經好細加床後係原全無位 有啲恐怖 我2個人唔明點解要3張床 原本我好開心拍攝入房開箱 點知間房超舊 沿簾發黃 我即刻覺得有住香港 渡假營嘅感覺 房間燈制 不是統一 如要熄燈 要週圍找燈制 房間係沒有設備可言 音響 咖啡機 當然全部沒有 到我去食酒店 dinner buffet 28xx peso 飲熱咖啡茶 免費 ，加冰要收錢 （但早餐buffut 加冰唔洗加錢 ） 呢間酒店比我感覺好現實每個位置都搵緊收錢位 當你食緊buffet 都會有一個要另收錢嘅雪糕櫃放係中間 最後 我要求前台清走張加床 同換左個浴簾 我仲記得嗰位男前台個樣超串 清左張床後啲傢俬又唔移好 亂糟糟 最後到訓覺 係房間係會聽到冷氣機機嘈聲 但正常可接受 但當訓覺訓落個枕頭 係會聽到公公聲嘈到係瞓唔到嘗試過用10分鐘真係冇辦法可以瞓得到覺最終我係要打去前台投訴再搵埋Trip.com幫我申訴最後用咗一個鐘頭有多時間換咗間房俾我 過程trip.com真係好盡責，佢係不斷幫我跟進，跟住佢仲打嚟問我換咗房未，我話未未有任何消息佢都話其實個效率真係慢，最後換房嘅時候經理都上咗嚟,經理態度係好好嘅，佢都不斷講好抱歉好抱歉， 我就將今日發生嘅嘢同佢講返啦，跟住經理話呢其實遲少少退房係冇問題嘅，除非你係要五六點退房先至要另外收費咁我唔明白前台嗰個人點解會係完全sayno？我唔知係因為我唔加錢轉房啊定還是我係中國人嘅問題，但係如果我只係住一晚其實我呢個行程有一大半都係非常差，所以我係必定唔會再入住 根本間酒店係已經非常舊 係房間所有樓層都聽到好大聲啲機糟聲 真的不是名牌就叫好 唯一較好係佢個園林 同設施多 一家大細係適合嘅 但如果要輕鬆寫意 絕對不合這價錢 今次係我第一次 咁嚴重投訴一間酒店 經歷非常差

Came here to celebrate our anniversary. We took our 7 month old with us. My wife wanted to be proactive to see if they had a cot and bottle sterilizer on premise. However the reservation agents we were speaking with online would not confirm one for us. All they kept saying was that it’s based on availability upon arrival. Well after several back and forth emails, they finally agreed to let us reserve one. To me that defeats the purpose of reserving one. They made a simple request(yes or no) a very long drawn out process. Anyways, I messaged the manger on duty when we finally checked in and she was way more accommodating and even gave us a little toy for our daughter. Point is, we went for a family vacation, and a simple request turned into a slight aggregation for us.  The property in of itself was nice. Their breakfast buffet was from 6am to 10am. It was well with food. I liked the variety. For their gym, I wish they had better signage on where it’s at. The restaurants were easy to find and they were pretty good. Cowrie Cove is a bit overpriced for me. The other Resturant’s, Buko Bar and Tides have buffet options that’s way more reasonable than cowrie grill. If we go back, we will eat at those places instead. Overall place is 8/10 for me. Good service, they speak English, and it’s clean. Everything is there too and it’s a short trip to the airport. Pro tip, take grab from the airport versus using their shuttle service. Their shuttle service is 4x-5x the price of grab.

샹그릴라 3번째방문입니다.10년에1번씩온것같아요. 10년전에왔을때 건물 리모델링중이었는데 싹수리하고 더넓어지고수영장도 더많아졌네요.현대식 쉐라톤을갈까하다가 샹그릴라로왔는데 역시나 오래된전통무시할수없어요.그리고 초등이상의아이들이있다면무조건샹그릴라하세요.비치에서 바로 스노쿨링이 가능해서 호핑투어굳이돈들일필요없어요.남부투어할거아니시면. 오래됐어도 전혀 지저분하지않고 넘좋았어요. 25할인쿠폰으로 타이드에서 저녁뷔페도 추천합니다. 그랩넘잘되있어서 돌아다니는데도 무섭지않고 편해요.

Superb service from Claire! Our stay was smooth from check in till check out. There were plenty of activities for both children and adults. Buffet spread and food options were aplenty and service staff were all very helpful. We will definitely be back!
