"The hotel staffs are so nice and they have free shuttle service to and from shopping area nearby and they even waited for me when I went to shopping until the store are closed. "Terrible hotel that is not in safe conditions. Elevators do not work. No rooms on the first floor. Stairs are too steep and thin for bigger luggage. Construction everywhere. The room I had had no mattress protector and mattress had stains. Asked for another room and lady said that was the only room with a working AC unit. The entire hotel was over 85 degrees at night. Found a black widow in my hotel and all kinds of bugs flying around. Spoke to the manager and will not give me my full refund back. Don’t get fooled by the online pictures! And the door code is basically the room number; not safe at all!!"
