Excellent personnel , service and food

Very good hotel for families. There are activities for all family, but not noisy and not annoying if we compare to Turkey. Clean and comfort room, very friendly and helpfull staff. One thing only what we didn’t like- there are not restrictions for smoking people around the pool or in the restaurant (and they smoke close to their own children). I’ve seem comment from 3 years ago with same comments, it seems this doesn’t change, sadly :( Hope managers will consider this.

We had an unforgettable holiday at Grecotel Casa Marron and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, especially for families with children. The property stands out for its high standard, attention to detail, and exceptional sense of aesthetics—both in the interior design and in the thoughtfully landscaped grounds. Everything is cohesive, elegant, and designed to promote relaxation. The cuisine deserves special praise—delicious, fresh, and varied, ensuring that everyone can find something to enjoy regardless of their preferences. The expansive green areas are another great advantage, beautifully arranged with plenty of space for both relaxation and safe play for children. We were also impressed by the rich animation program, which is a real highlight, particularly for families. The vast majority of guests (around 80%) are families with kids, which creates a welcoming, easy-going atmosphere where children feel truly at home. As for areas that could be improved—one would be a greater focus on cleanliness in the outdoor restaurant area. We used the same table throughout our stay, and on several mornings we noticed leftover food from the previous evening, likely dropped by our children during dinner. Another suggestion would be to implement a no-smoking policy in shared public spaces and designate specific smoking areas, which would greatly enhance the comfort of non-smoking guests and families with children. To sum up, Grecotel Casa Marron is a property truly worth recommending. Beautifully designed, offering high-quality services, and perfect for a family holiday. We would happily return.

it's honestly the best hotel for your holiday. everything is top - from room, services, beach to meals. sea is mostly without waves (so you see the bottom) and has gratual entry (so it's kids friendly), stuff is doing everything for your comfort and to satisfy your needs. and the minidisco/miniclub/animators are really the best ones (you rock Julianna)! I am here for the third time and looking forward to come again and again.

Όμορφο ξενοδοχείο , πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό , καλό φαγητό και ιδανικό για οικογένειες. Περάσαμε πολύ όμορφα. Είναι η 4η χρονιά που το επισκεπτόμαστε και αν τα καταφέρουμε θα πάμε και του χρόνου. Θα το πρότεινα σίγουρα ! Ευχαριστούμε για μια ακόμη χρονιά.

Siamo appena tornati da una vacanza fantastica in questo resort incredibile e non possiamo che elogiare tutto lo staff e la struttura! Fin dal momento dell'arrivo, il personale alla reception è stato estremamente cordiale e accogliente e ci ha fatto da subito sentire come a casa. Le camere erano pulite e dotate di ogni comfort, con il tocco in più dei teli da mare gratuiti. Il mare? Meraviglioso e cristallino! L'arenile è ampio e presenta pietroline all'ingresso nel mare, quindi è consigliabile indossare scarpette chiuse. La spiaggia è inoltre dotata di lettini e ombrelloni di paglia. Ma il resort offre anche diverse piscine, ognuna con il suo stile unico, dove poter godere del sole e del relax. E per finire, ci sono diversi bar e ristoranti, anche con vista sul mare, dove gustare piatti deliziosi e molto vari. Il personale è stato sempre disponibile e cortese. In sintesi, la nostra vacanza in questo hotel è stata indimenticabile. Un vero e proprio Paradiso in terra!
