Jellystone Park at Larkspur

We were so excited about staying here on our vacation, but we were disappointed. The directions going to park led us to the Park’s maintenance building down a dirt road which dead ended into a locked gate. After settling in from a long ride, we looked forward to a nice hot shower, but out of 8 showers in the bathhouse, only 2 worked. HOWEVER, those 2–one door didn’t lock and the other one had a flooded drain!!! Lord! For $305.25 for 2 nights, yogi needs to do better!

Terrible experience; we wanted to love it but extremely disappointed. Had to wait 50 minutes to check in because our cabin wasn't ready. This caused us to miss an activity which started the displeasure. We rushed to the pool but the waterpark area closed - when asked why they said the weather, but the pool stayed open?? The cabin was very dirty - dried food on the pots, Cheerios in the loft, dirt on the floors. Our gas grill was so greasy it caught on fire - this is one time they came and cleaned. Terrible customer service, they need way more employees to run the place. Our golf cart had a 90 degree bent steering wheel and bald tires. There was a private event so the Activity center was closed to the rest of us paying guests the entire 3 days we were there; activities were supposed to be moved but in reality they were all cancelled except one. Not even enough golf balls at mini golf - had to wait till someone left to golf! Bright spot was Cindy Bear delivering milk and cookies. I filled out 2 questioners from Sun Communities last month but never heard back.

There's some kinda dried juice all over the walls in out cabin and the wifi and cell service is horrible in our cabin but my brother's family is staying next door and there wifi is really good and also there cell service is too but the bathroom is really nice it is fun here but our cabin is kinda gross

Alex in the gift shop is the best!! We like be Jellystone second time here. Alex helped us find everything. I wish you sold yogi bear signs in the cabins.

Our first family trip to Jellystone was a success, and we will definitely return for more fun. The kids enjoyed the pool and the water park.
