Was placed in this hotel by our AI package provider due to a cancelled flight. We arrived at 3am, met with ann attitude from the receptionist. There was no access for beverages, kettles in the room or any services that could’ve been provided in this situation like other hotels I have been too. We weren’t even offered a bottle of water… we had people in our party who suffer from disabilities, medical conditions and we had toddlers too! There was an uneasy feeling about this place, the corridor looks like something from one of those horror movies along with the temperamental screeching lift. The staff were rude when being asked about the cleanliness of the hotel as we found hairs in the bed, cockroaches, the bath was disgusting, used condoms I’m the room as well as a box in the bedside table, balls of hair in our bin and not to mention the dangerous lift. Cleaners had kicked us out of our rooms even though we had managed to negotiate an extension with the receptionists as we didn’t arrive until 3am and they expected us to be out at 12 even though our transfer wasn’t arriving until 3:30pm!!!! Cleaners had been caught eating our large bag of crisps that were left in our room with our luggage when they had helped themselves to our stuff by leaving it out in the corridor without giving us a heads up. Absolutely disgusting accommodation, along with disgusting customer service. Front Door locks were broken, balcony doors not locking properly We were told we complained too much, leaving the accommodation for our transfer. APPAULING! Stay well clear. I have attached a few photos but the ones attached were by no means the worst of it!!!
