Basic supplies for the Nespresso machine, such as coffee capsules, sugar, milk, or even a spoon, were missing despite requesting them at reception. Additionally, there was no kettle or tea available in the room. The hotel's website mentioned that bathrobes and slippers would be provided, but these were not available in the room. While towels were supplied, the lack of other promised items was disappointing. Although the staff cited the hotel's recent opening (only a week prior) as a reason for these shortcomings, it still did not meet the standards expected at this price point. Overall, it wasn’t worth the cost.
