Henderson Townhome Approx. 15-20 min to the Las Vegas Strip

The house was very tidy, clean, and in a great location for us. It was well-stocked with towels, kitchen essentials, and appliances.Sonya was very responsive to any questions we had during our 2-night stay, which we really appreciated. We experienced an issue with the keypad not locking properly when leaving the house on two occasions (we had an uber waiting for us and had to pay for them to wait until we figured out how to get the door locked). Sonya replied to us quickly and offered to have her son come by to fix it right away. We visited during a very hot weekend in August, and the house was quite warm at night. The rules ask that the AC not be set below 74, which may be fine for some, but all six of us found it too warm for comfortable sleep. The fans throughout the house definitely helped, but it was still a bit uncomfortable.Overall, it’s a cozy home in a great location.

N/A Clean. Trouble with fire alarm going off for no reason. Outlet in main bath didn’t work. Nice property but the neighborhood wasn’t what we expected.

Great house in Henderson We had a great stay! Communication was wonderful. The house was very clean. It was also very accessible to Vegas. About 15 minutes away. Kitchen was well supplied. We would definitely stay again.Thank you for your hospitality!BestMatt
