Please note: There is absolutely NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND allowed in the house. You will be charged a $200 fine. This updated three bedroom home has everything you need for a great getaway: fast Wi-fi, large Smart TV, roomy living room, fully stocked kitchen with dining area for six and a large fully fenced backyard with gas grill, fire pit and table/chairs. If you have a dog, a pet fee is required: $25.00 / per stay. Maximum two dogs. NO CATS ARE ALLOWED.
