Supermarket 1 km, restaurant, bar 600 m, bus stop 550 m, railway station "Laveno" 1.1 km, ferry "Laveno - Verbania" 1 km. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Holiday Rentals in Porto Valtravaglia, 9 km. 7-room villa 250 m2 on 2 levels. Partly renovated in 2017, practical and tasteful furnishings: entrance hall. Large living/dining room with panoramic window with satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: walk-through room with hip bath/bidet/WC. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 1 bed. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. Open living room with 2 sofabeds. Small kitchen (freezer, electric coffee machine). 2 baths/bidet/WC. Gas heating. Heating available only from 15.10. to 15.04. Wooden floors. Terrace 100 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (6).
