"Ein sehr süßes, kreativ gestaltetes Haus mit Pool im grünen Garten. Absolut großartiger Service und sehr nettem und zuvorkommendem Personal. Wir hatten eine Suite im OG, die absolut großzügig geschnitten war und einen riesigen Balkon hatte. Vom Bett aus konnte man bis zum Meer schauen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Einzig an der Ausstattung in der kleinen Küche kann man noch arbeiten- Gläser, Teller, Besteck und ein Korkenzieher sowie Geschirrhandtuch wären toll. Auch ein Bademantel für den Pool wäre schön. Die Lage ist etwas oberhalb der Innenstadt, was wir als sehr angenehm empfunden haben, da es weniger touristisch ist. Mit dem Bus ist man sehr schnell am Meer. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

Like a small 7 units boutique Hotel/Airbnb style.  The owner lives on the top floor was very attentive and helpful at all times.  Located In a quiet neighbourhood only 10 mins. easy drive to the beach and restaurants. Beautiful oasis like pool in the back and relaxing jacuzzi and wet sauna.  Simple yet lovely continental breakfast was served in a room every morning.  Free indoors car parking."

"A menos de 1 km del centro de Cannes pero bien comunicado con el bus que para delante. Habitaciones pequeñas y un desayuno espantoso, no se merece ser un 4*, siendo generoso le daría 3* No volveré."

"Location is fairly poor: the closest cafe is 10 minutes walk, closest supermearket in 23 minutes. No sidewalks in this area - you always have to watch for cars in front and behind. Hygiene: the room was clean and spacious, nicely conditioned - one of a few things that were good in this hotel. Service: big disapointment: the reception only works 8 hours a day! You must read the emails from the hotel carefully and arrange late visit upfront. I arrived at 2am due to delayed flight and faced the closed metal door. It took me about 40 minutes to break through and get someone explaining to me over the phone in poor English how to get inside the room. The breakfast must be ordered 1 day upfront, tho hotel doesn't allow for pay-as-you-go. Room cleaning at extra costs. Guests have to clean the kitchen appliances and throw the garbage themselves when leaving, to prevent a fine. Facilities: Wi-Fi is very poor, I couldn't make video calls. Every hour or so it gets disconnected. Swimming pool is small but nice. Overall, the property seems overpriced for what you can get there."
