I was aware it was going to be very basic but not expected to be this bad. Dust everywhere and not a clean room. The toilet seat, shower handles and other equipment were all falling apart. Even the door didn't open with a card. Would not stay again

The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. However, the shuttle from the airport was not good. My arrival at the airport was significantly delayed and I missed the reserved bus. Shuttles depart from the airport every half hour every morning from 5:45 to 9:15 and in the afternoon from 6:00 to 11:30. You can take the next shuttle, except outside of these hours when you will need to take a taxi. In other words, even if you miss the bus, you can catch the next bus. That's what the guide said, but the 11:30pm bus from the airport never came. I took a taxi to the hotel. I missed the bus from the airport and asked for a refund of 7€ one way, but it was not refunded. The 8am bus from the hotel was also delayed by a few minutes and I headed to the airport.
