Newly Built Modern HomeThe home has high ceilings on the main floor and vaulted ceilings on the second floor for a very spacious open feel on three levels over 2200 square feet. There are large open windows that highlight the amazing views. This is a new home constructed in 2022 and first available for short term rent in 2023. Every aspect of this home is modern and clean while having some rustic mountain character in the furnishings. The home is on the north end of town so you can get quick access to Copper Mountain or Ski Cooper, two favorite ski destinations or maybe a snowshoe or summer hike at Mayflower Gulch and many other destinations.
