The house is located in the heart of Lebrija, city that is near Xéres (30km), Cadiz, San Lucar de Barraméda (30 km) in the heart of the vineyards of Xéres. Seville is not far (60km), nor the Sierra de Cadiz and its white towns and villages (Arcos de La Frontera, 30 km)  The house is close to the pedestrian city center and its shops and restaurants. A train station and coach connections connect it with other Andalusian cities. The Detached House is organized on two levels, a Ground Floor, with two rooms (double bed in an open room), a kitchen and bathroom; the ground floor opens on two patios. The 1st floor, has a bedroom with a double bed. The house can accommodate 4 people comfortably.
