"إجازة يقع الفندق في قلب المدينة ويعتبر في قلب المدينة. آسف لأن المطعم مغلق. يوجد إمكانية لشراء الاكل قرب الفندق (lasane, roast ...) للاسف مستحيل أكل في الفندق بسبب الجرشة. "

"To be honest when selecting this hotel for a one week stay I was not so sure about my choice as some pics showing this place were not that convincing. But reality was WOW. A very good managed place - a design choosen with good taste and very welcoming staff - special to mention Laureen. The lack that there is no outdoor pool is no lack at all. There is a beautiful beach very close with cristal clear water."

"لقد وجدنا فندق جراند بالصدفة وقد خيبت امل من قبل فندق الحجوزات على الخطوط. ما اعزكم الله الذي حفزتم على مغامرة خير والفندق يعتبر من افضل الفنادق التي مكثنا بها. الافطار كان جيد جدا. والغرفة كانت نظيفة وجميلة. كما ان الفندق كان يحضر حفلات غنائية. الموقع مباشرة على شاطئ كالا روزا الساحر ذو إطلالة خلابة على الرمل الناعم والمياه الرقيقة السخنة وحتى في شهر أكتوبر تشمل البركة الخاصة مع خدمة قارب، القائمة مستمرة! مرافق الفندق رائعة على نفس القدر من الرقي والحديقة المحببة والشاطئ بار راقي غرف مريحة بوفية طعام قائمة جيدة موظفين لطفاء محترفين كانت إقامتنا في الفندق جيدة، وواحدة من غرفتين فيها، كانت الغرفة المكونة من "غرف أساسية" أكثر من مريحة وجيدة مع إمكانية الوصول المباشر إلى الحدائق ومنطقة الشاطئ. بالتأكيد، كل هذا يأتي بسعر& أنها فندق ريلايس دعوة شاتو، ولكن عليك أن تمضي قدما في معاملة نفسك تستحق!"

"Disliked: * The property totally disables light on parking after midnight. So if your ferry or airplane is moved to depart earlier due to bad weather, this is quite bad and caused us significant economic damage as we had one of the bags stuck on the car as we didn't see it at 4 in the morning/night as the lights didn't work. * The property was totally uncooperative to help after they found CCTV footage to show that the bag left on the car. ** No offer to do local search themselves at least in vicinity of the property ** No offer to contact local authorities ** Not even a "we are sorry about whole situation". ** No proactivity, to improve the lightning (e.g. they can use movement activates ones, which will probably cost less overall). Situation that someone has to leave at middle of the night because of change of travel plans is very realistic. * WiFi didn't work on 2 occasions (we reported it). * Safety deposit box is small and can't fit tablets and laptop is totally out of scope. * Some of items inside the house/villa were bad (we reported but said not urgent), but they were not broken, but needed someone to re-install them. Liked: This property is solidly new, comfortable, and has many house appliances inside."

"The hotel is located in the heart of the city of Saint-Cypriot. Apparently spacious, panoramic view, appreciable household washing vacuum (washing liquid and regenerating salt vacuum), washing washing (no use modes), boiler, bread grill, coffee maker, barbecueelectric ..... Spacious terrace with transats, but little protection for sun to eat lunch and evening lighting too low to eat (we had to use an indoor lamp that sailed more than one out of 3 that worked and after The hotel is a very good hotel and is very good for the staff.
